BIM Engineer – Structural

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer – Structural to join our team and work on Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit modelling and detailing along with a strong understanding of structural components and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation based on engineering designs.
Carry out structural modelling and detailing for Data Centre projects.
Interpret structural drawings, design inputs and engineering details to develop coordinated BIM models.
Prepare RCC and steel structural detailing as per project requirements.
Coordinate structural models with architectural and other discipline models.
Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy and drawing quality.
Identify and resolve modelling and detailing issues in coordination with the project team.

Requirements




2–5 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and detailing.
Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit is essential.
Positive knowledge of structural modelling and detailing.
Experience or exposure to Data Centre projects will be preferred.
Strong understanding of Architectural and Structural domains.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (DCE)/ITI in Civil Engineering.
Positive understanding of construction drawings, structural components and detailing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
