Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch sales, collections, operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch sales and collection targets.
Lead, motivate and monitor Sales & Collection teams.
Develop current customers and business opportunities.
Monitor daily collections, overdue accounts and recovery.
Handle customer queries and escalations.
Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.




Coordinate with Head Office and drive overall branch growth.

Requirements
Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
3–6 years of experience in Chit Funds / NBFC / Banking / Finance / Sales.
Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Target-oriented with good customer-handling ability.
Knowledge of sales and collection operations preferred.
