Job Description:

IPCS Global is looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry, with robust skills in student counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and guide them on suitable courses.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other activities.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
Handle referrals and course upgrades.
Organize and support seminars,



workshops, and webinars.
Build relationships with colleges and corporate representatives.
Maintain student and lead databases and provide regular reports.
Support branch marketing and sales activities.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of EdTech experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in academic counseling or student admissions is preferred.
Robust sales and target-oriented approach.
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
