Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive / Inventory Executive to manage material receipt, storage, issue and inventory records. The role involves maintaining stock accuracy and supporting smooth stores operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify and store incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory or ERP system.
Issue materials to production or departments against approved requisitions.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
Monitor stock levels and raise reorder alerts to avoid shortages.
Maintain proper labelling,



storage and housekeeping of the store.
Coordinate with purchase and production teams on material availability.
Prepare stock and inventory reports for management.

Requirements
Any Graduate/Diploma with experience in stores or inventory management.
Working knowledge of inventory or ERP software.
Valuable understanding of stock control and documentation processes.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
