Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Technical background is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Maintenance or Production departments are also encouraged to apply.
Assist in sourcing and procuring engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotations.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and recent suppliers.
Negotiate basic pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with vendors.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with stores, production, maintenance, and project teams regarding material requirements.
Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans,



and related procurement documents.
Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP/Excel purchase data.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in avoiding stock shortages.
Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Possess basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial components.
Have valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
Be willing to travel for vendor visits whenever required.
Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
