Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
Research potential clients and target markets.
Make outbound calls and conduct client meetings/presentations.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients within company guidelines.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations,



and other teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Monitor competitors and identify market trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on business development and sales activities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion rate.

Revenue generated.
Sales targets achieved.
Customer retention and relationship quality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
