About the Role

Optimus Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, active, and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, resolve queries, and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely closure.
Manage client escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
Collect and communicate client feedback to support service improvement.
Prepare client-related reports and documentation as required.
Support the team in achieving service and operational targets.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, client relationship management,



customer service, or a related role.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical services will be an advantage.
Hindi and English proficiency is mandatory.
Candidates should be smart, active, confident, and presentable.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
