We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in flight/train ticket bookings and a solid knowledge of designing and customizing travel packages (domestic & international). You will be responsible for helping clients plan their trips, handling end-to-end itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience

Key Responsibilities
Ticket Bookings: Handle air, train, and bus ticket reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds using GDS or web portals.
Package Customization: Create, cost, and customize domestic and international tour packages based on client requirements.
Itinerary Planning: Prepare detailed day-wise travel itineraries including hotel accommodations, transfers, and sightseeing.
Client Assistance: Understand client needs, offer expert travel advice, provide accurate quotes, and convert leads into bookings.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, local vendors, DMCs, and transport suppliers to get the best rates and service standard.
Documentation:



Ensure all travel documents (tickets, vouchers, visas, insurance) are processed accurately and sent to clients on time.

Key Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Agent, or similar role.
Solid expertise in ticketing software / portals (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, MakeMyTrip, Yatra, or direct supplier portals).
Solid knowledge of popular domestic and international travel packages & destinations.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, handle last-minute changes, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, Email drafting, CRM).

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 year of experience in a travel agency or tour operation company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
