Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver nursing theory and practical classes.
Develop lesson plans and training schedules as per the curriculum.
Demonstrate nursing procedures and supervise students during practical sessions.
Coordinate clinical postings in hospital departments and monitor students' performance.
Evaluate students through written tests, practical examinations, assignments, and viva.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, logbooks, and assessment reports.
Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
Conduct orientation programs for current students.
Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and continuing education programs.
Ensure students follow hospital policies, discipline, dress code, and ethical standards during clinical training.
Provide training on patient safety, infection prevention, communication skills, and professional ethics.
Prepare study materials, presentations,



skill checklists, and practical manuals.
Coordinate with hospital departments for effective clinical learning.
Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial coaching.
Maintain institute documentation required for inspections and accreditation.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
Assist in organizing examinations, certification processes, and academic events.
Counsel students regarding career opportunities and qualified growth.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the Principal or Management.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
