Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to acquire recent hiring clients and job opportunities for our trained Software Testing students.

Responsibilities
Generate recent hiring clients and corporate partnerships.
Connect with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Collect job requirements for Software Testing and Automation Testing roles.
Share suitable candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.
Build long-term relationships with IT companies and recruitment agencies.
Achieve client acquisition and student placement targets.

Required Skills
Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, Client Acquisition, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust network with HRs and IT companies is preferred.

Note: This is not a student admissions or sales role. The focus is on bringing hiring opportunities and placing our trained students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
