Commercial Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified commercial drivers (such as CDL drivers) to meet company staffing needs.

This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified commercial drivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and recruiting events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess driver qualifications, experience, and fit
Verify candidate credentials including licenses, certifications, driving records, and background checks
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company hiring standards (e.g., DOT requirements)
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
Build and maintain relationships with driving schools, training programs,



and industry networks
Manage job postings and employer branding efforts to attract top talent
Communicate job offers and assist with onboarding processes
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in transportation or logistics
Familiarity with commercial driver qualifications and regulations (e.g., CDL, DOT requirements)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring setting
Proficiency in ATS and recruiting tools
Robust organizational and time-management skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
