About Us: We are a design-led jewellery studio creating timeless pieces with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail. As we grow, we’re looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and build a strong foundation in accounting within a creative business environment.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn. You will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and support the smooth financial functioning of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining books of accounts (sales, purchases, and expenses)
Prepare and record invoices and bills
Track incoming and outgoing payments
Support vendor payments and basic reconciliations
Maintain records of customer payments and advances
Help with inventory tracking (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance tasks
Work with the senior accountant/CA for filings and reports
Maintain organised financial records and documentation

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (or pursuing)
0–2 years of experience (freshers with robust basics are welcome)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with Tally / Zoho Books / Excel is a plus
Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, organised, and proactive
