About the Role

We are hiring passionate and result-oriented Senior Academic Associates for one of India's leading premium EdTech organizations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in admissions counseling, inside sales, or business development who enjoy guiding students and working professionals toward the right academic and career choices.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and working specialists regarding undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with assigned leads.
Understand candidates' educational background and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Drive the complete admission journey from lead generation to enrollment.
Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred).




1–4 years of experience in:
Admissions Counseling
B2C Sales
Business Development
Inside Sales
EdTech Sales
Career Counseling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Background

Candidates from EdTech, Higher Education, Career Counseling, Banking Sales, or other consultative B2C sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
