Job Summary

Provide inside operational support to the sales team by handling order processing, quotations, customer follow-ups, documentation and CRM/ERP updates. Coordinate with production, stores and dispatch teams to ensure smooth sales operations and timely customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and accurately process customer purchase orders in the ERP/system.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales order acknowledgements.
Coordinate with production, stores and dispatch teams to confirm delivery schedules.
Follow up with customers on delivery status and resolve shipment-related queries.
Maintain customer master data, price lists and product catalogues.




Generate weekly and monthly sales MIS reports for the sales team.
Handle customer calls and emails and route them to the relevant executives.
Support field executives with product brochures and required documentation.

Requirements
Any Graduate; commerce or business background preferred.
0–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
ERP experience in order processing, such as SAP, Tally or similar.
Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Quotation and invoice preparation skills.
Robust customer communication through email and phone.
Good documentation and attention to detail.
English and Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹26,700.00 per month
