As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of current employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support employee development and performance management initiatives.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience into HR Recruitment and generalist role .
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Robust communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience with NBFC is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
