Inside Sales Associate – BeastDriveAbout BeastDrive

BeastDrive is a quick-growing adventure and fitness event company specializing in obstacle races and large-scale endurance experiences across South India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate who will connect with potential participants, guide them through the registration process, and drive event sign-ups for BeastDrive races.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Explain event details and benefits to potential participants
Assist and guide participants through the registration process
Follow up with interested leads and close registrations
Maintain lead database and track conversions
Work closely with marketing team to drive campaigns
Ensure a smooth and positive participant experience

Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)




Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp handling)
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets
Prior sales experience is a plus

Work Details
6 days working
Location: On-site / Office-based
Timing: As per sales shift requirements
