Customer Service Ocean Export

Location: Vadodara
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Ocean Export shipments.
Coordinate with customers, Sales, Pricing, CHA, CFS, shipping lines and vendors.
Manage Shipping Bill, SI, BL, AMS/ISF and shipment documentation.
Track vessel schedules, cut-offs, container placement and stuffing.
Maintain DSR, system updates, invoicing and job closure.
Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues.
Ensure timely shipment execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Ocean Export Customer Service.
Positive knowledge of Ocean Export documentation and processes.
Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
