Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Provide customers with order status, delivery updates, and product information.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other sales documents.
Enter and update orders in ERP/software such as SAP, Tally, Focus, or similar systems.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.




2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Inside Sales.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
