Business Development Associate (BDA) – Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) in our client company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact students through mobile calls and explain available job prospects.
Guide candidates regarding company openings, interview process, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain good communication and follow-up with interested students.
Share hiring details, interview schedules, and registration information.
Build positive relationships with students and help them throughout the application process.
Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate information.

Eligibility:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Valuable communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.




Basic knowledge of calling and customer interaction.
Freshers are eligible.

Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle student queries professionally
