Job Summary

The Ticketing Expert will be responsible for handling domestic and international air ticketing, fare quotations, bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely customer service.

Key Responsibilities Ticketing & Reservations
Handle domestic & international air ticket bookings
Issue, reissue, cancel tickets and process refunds
Check and apply correct fare rules, baggage rules, and penalties
Coordinate with airlines and GDS systems for ticketing support

Customer Handling
Manage ticketing enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp
Provide accurate fare quotations and alternatives
Resolve ticketing-related customer issues professionally
Ensure timely delivery of e-tickets and invoices

Operations & Compliance
Ensure passenger names match passport details
Follow airline, IATA, and company SOPs




Maintain proper ticketing records and documentation
Update booking status in CRM / internal systems

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Maintain daily ticketing MIS and reports
Assist in audit and reconciliation when required

Required Skills & Knowledge
Robust knowledge of Air Ticketing (Domestic & International)
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Understanding of fare rules, reissue & refund policies
Attention to detail and time management
Positive communication and customer service skills

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred
1–4 years experience in air ticketing
IATA/UFTAA certification (preferred, not mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,078.67 - ₹35,000.53 per month
