Job Description – Senior Executive - HR
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Up to 4 Years (Apparel/Textile Industry)
Salary: Up to ₹58,000/month
Job Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - HR to manage core HR functions at our apparel factory unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a factory environment with a solid understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, workforce management, HR policies, labor hiring, and employee grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
Coordinate with government authorities for audits, inspections, and licensing activities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction,



and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across factory and office operations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Support training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Prepare HR reports and provide workforce-related insights to management.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to handle field-level challenges and workforce dynamics.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
