Roles & Responsibilities :
Area survey and prepare community profiles.
Carry out business assessment in operational area based on the community profile and furnish to BM for approval.
Obtain leads and identify potential business prospects in operational area assigned by the BM.
Conduct / Organise promotional meetings within assigned areas in line with process described in the operations manual.
Conduct group formation meetings / training meetings and recommend suitable groups to BM.
