Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in direct IT sales, specifically in the mobile app development sector. This role involves driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
Create customized proposals and bids tailored to client requirements
Communicate with potential clients to understand project needs and present suitable solutions
Work closely with technical teams to scope, price, and pitch services accurately
Manage client relationships through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing
Maintain and update CRM with leads, status,



and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Monitor freelancing platform trends to identify recent niches or growth areas
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine sales strategies
Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and performance metrics

Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a Related Field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT or Digital Services Company.
Hands-on Experience working with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
Solid skills in Client Communication, Proposal Writing, and Sales Negotiation.
Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing Services.
Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude and strong time management.
