Job Role Summary Description :

Drive client operations, planning, ground execution at Pune. Manage fleet allocation, vendor billing, team alignment. Resolve escalations fast, maintain clean MIS reports.

What You Will Do
Client Ownership: Single point contact client operations. Manage daily requests, feedback, escalations fast.
Resource & Fleet Allocation: Plan routes, assign vehicles, optimize resource use daily.
Team Coordination: Bridge Ground, Planning, Operations teams. Keep all units aligned.
Performance & Vendor Billing:



Track daily KPIs, audit vendor bills, maintain accurate MIS reports.
Escalation Management: Resolve critical client, field issues fast. Minimize downtime.

What We Need
2–4 years experience logistics, fleet management, ops coordination.
Any bachelor degree.
Robust skills Excel, MIS reporting, route planning.
Valuable local geography knowledge Pune.
Robust communication, quick problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
