Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to customers for loan repayment follow-ups.
Negotiate repayment schedules and resolve overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and agreements.
Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to the Collections Manager.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines during recovery.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repayment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
