About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and support HR operations for our growing school.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Screen CVs and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with Management and Centre Heads.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database and MIS reports.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
Coordinate document verification, onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and recruitment portals.
Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
