Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Recruitment
Location: Mumbai (Bombay)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and drive our complete recruitment function. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for building the hiring pipeline from scratch and managing end-to-end recruitment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and follow up for closures




Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates

Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Experience in end-to-end hiring (mandatory)
Robust sourcing and screening skills
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
