Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective customer support.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional relationship with customers.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM software).
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
