Position: Admission Counselor
Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in a school/education sector
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student and parent enquiries regarding admissions, courses, and school facilities.
Counsel parents and students and guide them through the admission process.
Conduct campus visits and follow up with prospective parents.
Maintain admission records, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion data.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
Achieve admission targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Ensure a positive and qualified experience for parents throughout the process.
Desired Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, convincing ability, robust follow-up skills, confidence, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
