What We're Looking For
1 - 2+ years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader in any field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and follow-ups
Prepare daily & weekly performance reports
