Product Knowledge Training - Train staff on all product categories. - Explain product features, advantages, certifications, and customer FAQs. - Conduct regular product knowledge quizzes. - Chemical-free farming and healthy lifestyles. Sales Training - Teach selling and upselling - Improve average bill value. - Train staff on handling customer objections. Customer Service Training - Greeting customers professionally. - Complaint handling and conflict resolution. - Building customer loyalty. SOP & Process Training - Billing and POS operations. - Inventory management.m and stock levels - Receiving, Returns and exchanges. - Store opening and closing checklists. - Cash handling procedures. Food Safety & Hygiene FSSAI compliance Training - Product storage standards. - FIFO implementation. - Cleanliness and hygiene practices. - FSSAI Guidelines Training Material Development - Create SOP manuals. - Prepare videos, presentations, and quizzes. - Update training content whenever processes change.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
