We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & HR Intern to support our marketing and human resource activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, social media marketing, lead generation, branding, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates looking to build a career in HR and Marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.

Marketing
Create and publish content for social media platforms.
Assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
Generate and manage leads through online channels.
Support email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Help in organizing workshops, events, and promotional activities.

Administrative Support
Prepare reports and maintain records.




Coordinate with different departments as required.
Assist in day-to-day office operations.

Required Qualifications
Pursuing or completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Tech, or related degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Interest in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Business Development.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team setting.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Content writing and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
