Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support and issue resolution.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support processes.
Continuously monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
Experience with software deployment tools and packaging standards.
Solid problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve application-related issues.
Familiarity with operating system environments and their impact on application behavior.
Ability to work with configuration management and version control systems.
Positive communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
