Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide skilled assistance throughout the sales process.
Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, printers, and other IT products based on customer needs and budget.
Explain product specifications, features, pricing, warranty, EMI options, and promotional offers clearly to customers.
Demonstrate products and assist customers in making the right purchasing decisions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, objections, complaints, and negotiations professionally.
Guide and supervise showroom sales executives to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Train and mentor fresh candidates on product knowledge, customer handling, sales techniques, and showroom procedures.
Monitor the performance of sales team members and provide regular guidance and support.
Allocate customer leads and ensure proper follow-up for enquiries and quotations.
Ensure proper product display, showroom discipline, and cleanliness of the sales floor.
Coordinate with the inventory and accounts teams regarding stock availability, billing, and customer orders.
Promote accessories, software,



extended warranty, and other value-added products through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer follow-up records, and team performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest laptop models, brands, specifications, technology trends, and competitor offers.
Support management in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements
12th Pass / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
Experience in laptop, computer, electronics, mobile, or consumer retail sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of laptops, computers, accessories, and electronic products.
Ability to lead, motivate, and train a sales team.
Target-oriented and responsible approach to work.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales preferred.
Candidates currently or previously working in a retail showroom can apply.
Candidates with experience handling a sales team and training freshers will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
