Hotel HR Manager – Manager Level Roles & Responsibilities

Experience : Min 5+ years in Hotel Industry
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel business objectives.
Prepare annual manpower plans and HR budgets.
Partner with the General Manager and department heads on workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial and operational positions.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Conduct investigations into workplace issues.
Maintain healthy employee-management relations.
Compensation & Perks
Ensure competitive salary structures.
Oversee payroll and statutory deductions.
Manage employee benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and hotel policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate statutory audits and labor inspections.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and workplace regulations.
HR Operations




Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS administration.
Monitor employee lifecycle processes from hiring to exit.
Ensure accurate HR reporting and documentation.
Improve HR processes through automation and best practices.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Develop employee engagement initiatives.
Organize recognition programs, cultural events, and wellness activities.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and a solid service culture.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead the HR team and mentor HR executives.
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges.
Present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
