Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Ownership: Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, with a focus on Sales & Marketing data governance, ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of Data Engineers, Power BI Developers and Data Stewards; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the Head of Commercial Operations to understand the reporting requirements of the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management functions, and ensure delivery of actionable insights.
Technology Leadership: Oversee the use of Snowflake and associated tools and staging technologies (including DBT, Airbyte, and AWS S3)



for data ingestion, Power BI for visualization; ensure scalable, secure, and productive use of these platforms.
Governance & Best Practices: Champion data quality, lineage, and governance standards across the business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, Product, and external vendors to align data processes with business needs.
Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate quality-related risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
Stay Current with Industry Best Practices: Continuously research and adopt the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and Power BI.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
