Travelvava Private Limited is seeking Marketing Executives for its Real Estate Division.

This is purely an outdoor job

Property search, property visit for Flats, Houses, Office space, Land , Shops for sell, purchase, rent etc.

Handle clients and property owners, negotiation and finalization.

Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to match them with ideal residential or commercial properties.

Source current properties for sale and rental, conduct follow-ups. (Flats, Houses, Villas, Hostels, Shops, Offices, Land etc)

Conduct comparative market analysis, evaluate property valuations, and study local pricing trends.

Coordinate and lead property visits, negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers.

Assist with paperwork, basic legal requirements, contracts, and agreements.





Establish skilled relation with local real estate agents for tie up.

a. Own two wheeler is a MUST

b. Smart phone to use company SIM card

Willingness to travel when needed

Job is suitable for candidates prefer outdoor job, marketing job, Marketing Executives, Outdoor Marketing, Sales, Real Estate jobs, Delivery boys, Food Delivary partners, Freshers with skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
