Job Title: Customer Support Intern

Location: Rohini Delhi

Duration: 6 Months

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000 / month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, helping them seamlessly adopt our platform, resolving day-to-day queries, and delivering product walk-throughs.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: Assist new clients during the initial setup and ensure smooth configuration and adoption of the platform.
Product Training: Conduct live, online training sessions and product demonstrations for new users.
Query Resolution: Address, troubleshoot, and resolve daily technical and product-related questions via chat, email, or calls.
Documentation & Feedback:



Help maintain support guides/FAQs and relay common client challenges to the product team for improvements.

Requirements & Skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of software platforms, web tools, or CRM systems.
Patient, customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to explain technical features in simple, user-friendly language.
Fresh graduates or students in their final year available for a full time 6-month commitment.
