Core Duties and Responsibilities
Dish and Equipment Washing: Clean, sanitize, and dry plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and specialized kitchen tools.
Machine Operation: Operate and perform basic upkeep on industrial dishwashing and pot-scrubbing machines.
Sanitation Maintenance: Keep kitchen floors, walls, work surfaces, and storage areas compliant with health codes.
Waste Management: Empty trash cans, handle garbage disposal, and manage recycling protocols safely.
Inventory Support: Stock clean equipment back into rotation for chefs and food service staff.

Requirements and Skills
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy kitchen items.
Hygiene Compliance: Knowledge of basic safety standards, chemical handling, and sanitation rules .
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, early mornings, late nights, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
