Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines.
Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Requirements
Any graduate with positive communication skills.
Freshers can apply.
Prior recruitment/HR experience will be an added advantage.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates with healthcare recruitment experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
