Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across multiple projects.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Monitor site progress and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve in office issues promptly.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on project status.
Monitor the availability and proper utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.




Maintain accurate site documentation, daily logs, and safety records.
Identify potential risks and suggest corrective measures to avoid delays and rework.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Eligibility
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites when required.
