Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guest.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
Handle payments and operate the POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous Banquet Experience is a plus.
