The Associate Architect will assist the Senior Architects and Principal Architect in designing, planning, and managing architectural projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, GFCs,



technical working drawings, design detailing, overseeing project management efforts, ensuring smooth integration of services, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects within the specified timeline and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldWorking experience in an architecture firm preferredExpertise in Architecture and Interior Design is desirableStrong skills in Project Management, including coordination and executionExcellent problem-solving and communication abilitiesProficiency in design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, AI tools etc.)Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExperience in residential villas or farm house design and planning is a plus
