Job Title: Operations Associate
Location: Dombivli (East)
Job Type: Full time (FT)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for timely execution.
Handle International client communication professionally via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Support International based clients with operational updates, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure high service standards.
Prepare and share reports, updates, and operational status with clients.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Monitor inventory, dispatch, and order processing activities.
Handle data entry and prepare MIS reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Resolve operational issues and support process improvements.
Track shipments, deliveries, and customer/service requests.




Support warehouse/logistics coordination when required.
Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
Assist in achieving operational targets and deadlines.
Ensure proper follow-up on pending tasks and escalations.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as per US process requirements.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Operations Supply Chain.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Dombivali, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Operations management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:
English (Preferred)

Shift availability:
