We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing real estate team. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field activities.
Explain project details to prospective customers.
Schedule and conduct site visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.

Eligibility
PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage.
