We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Booking Executive to handle bus ticket bookings and customer enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate travel information, processing bookings, assisting customers with booking changes and cancellations, and maintaining accurate booking records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and assist with bus ticket bookings.
Handle on-call, online and counter ticket bookings.
Provide information about bus routes, timings, boarding points, dropping points, seat availability and fares.
Process ticket bookings accurately and verify passenger details.
Handle booking changes, cancellations and rescheduling as per company policy.
Provide booking confirmation and travel-related information to customers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with drivers, conductors and the operations team regarding passenger and booking-related requirements.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations and customer details.




Update booking information in the computer/system accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding booking confirmations and other requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Previous experience in ticket booking, travel or customer service will be an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple calls and bookings efficiently.
Positive knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
