Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, handle customer interactions, follow up with leads, and support business growth. Candidates with positive communication skills and relationship-building ability are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with existing and current customers through calls and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and provide proper information
Coordinate with internal teams and financial advisors
Maintain customer database and daily follow-up records
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response




Generate appointments and support lead management activities
Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:
Any Degree
Good communication skills in English & Kannada
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and convincing skills
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Experience in customer support, relationship management, telesales.
