About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused skilled who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their requirements, and handle them professionally on behalf of the company.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluent English, strong convincing/persuasion abilities, and a professional personality.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and communicate with customers professionally over calls and in person.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Convince and convert potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries, concerns and objections confidently.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain customer-related reports and databases.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain data and track customer follow-ups.
Confident and presentable personality.
Prior experience in customer handling, sales, counselling, telecalling or relationship management will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is mature, responsible, confident, fluent in English, convincing, customer-oriented, and comfortable dealing directly with customers.

Salary: As per experience and suitability

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
