- Deliver lectures and cover Managemebt related subjects as per the UGC guidelines

- Create develop and implement creative teaching techniques

- Monitor and observe the students attendance, progress and assessments

- Evaluate and maintain the students performann reports

- Mentor and supervise student research, dissertation and internships.

- Support industry-academia collaborations, internships and certification programs.

- Participate in organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures and faculty development programs.

- Facilitate industry interaction to enhance students' employability and practical skills.

- Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance initiatives such as NBA, NAAC, NIRF and related academic processes.

- Relevant experience in any reputed University or education Institution is preferred





- Candidate must relocate to Meerut or to near by location

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification must be UGC NET / Ph.D in Management or as per the UGC norms

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills

- Research publications & funded projects

- Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities with a calm mindset

- Good command on MS Office(Word, Excel, Power point)

- Need immediate joiners / with a short Notice period
