Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career-oriented training programs. The role involves handling enquiries, understanding student requirements, explaining courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

LIVEWIRE – Tirunelveli (Palayamkottai) is looking for passionate and career-oriented professionals to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about suitable courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications and career benefits.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain enquiry/student records and update CRM regularly.




Coordinate with trainers and management for student requirements.
Support seminars, workshops and other student engagement activities.
Achieve assigned admission targets and maintain good student relationships.

Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in educational counselling / sales (preferred).
Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
Strong interpersonal, counselling and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Email & Internet.
Positive attitude, confidence and target-oriented mindset.
Experience in education, training, counselling or sales is an added advantage.
